ONLINE RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

Here are the main steps to make an online reservation:

(i) First Step: Selection of the menu “Booking”

  1. Enter your name and email address in the online booking form;
  2. Choose the vehicle you want and indicate the desired dates for the collection and delivery of the vehicle;
  3. If you require any of the complementary services provided by TURISCAR, please indicate it in the comments;
  4. Please note that you have read and accept the rental terms and conditions of TURISCAR;
  5. Send us your reservation.

(ii) Step Two: TURISCAR Offer

  1. Based on the criteria you have provided, TURISCAR will send you an email with an offer, according to your needs;
  2. This “offer” is legally defined as:
  • a service that includes a selected vehicle category, available for a certainduration;
  • a price to be paid at the Company’s Office upon signature of the rentalagreement;
  • some terms and conditions.
  1. In the event that there are no vehicles available to hire during the required period, TURISCAR will send you an informative email regarding the possible unavailability of vehicles.

 

(iii) Step Three: Acceptance of Offer and Confirmation

  1. When accepting the offer of TURISCAR you must, with a minimum of 24 hours advance, to confirm the reservation;
  2. TURISCAR reserves the right to cancel any reservation, for which it has not obtained the corresponding confirmation, as required above.

(iii) Step Four: Notification TURISCAR

  1. TURISCAR will send you an e-mail confirming the reservation, including the reservation number. A confirmation notification will include the details of your reservation.
